We are a not for profit organisation but we do ask for a membership fee to cover costs which mostly comprise venue hire and equipment (e.g. chess sets & clocks).
The annual membership subscription is £40 with membership renewal due on 1st January. We do offer reductions if you join later in the year.
Members are encouraged to join the English Chess Federation (ECF). A minimum bronze level membership is required to play in league matches. ECF joining details can be found here.
